Terms of Service
By using Gusto you agree to these terms.
1. Account
You are responsible for accurate information and the security of your account. You must be over 13. You sign in with Sign in with Apple.
2. Your content
Content you post is yours; you grant Gusto the right to host and display it according to your visibility settings, solely to provide the service. Logs are friends-only by default, and friends-only or private logs never appear in anyone's feed. You warrant that you own or have the rights to share all content you post, including any photos you upload. Do not post unlawful, harassing, infringing, or misleading content. There is zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior.
3. Conduct
No harassment, spam, fake accounts, or abuse of the service. Violations may lead to content removal or account suspension. Blocking and reporting tools are provided so you can act on objectionable user-generated content directly, and we review reports.
4. Rankings
Rankings are derived from your own comparisons; they are a personal/contextual opinion, not an objective truth. There are no paid or promoted rankings. Curators are people you follow for their taste — they are not advertisers, and following one is not the same as adding a friend.
5. Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is." Venue information (location, open/closed status, etc.) may be inaccurate; verify before you go. A personal "for you" score is a prediction, not a guarantee.
6. Termination
You may delete your account and your data in-app at any time. We may terminate access if you violate these terms.
7. Changes
We may update these terms and will announce material changes.
